Why
GATOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON
Should be Your Choice
for EFI Tuning
GATOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON has the latest in DynoJet® and WinPEP 7 Technology, the latest training, and knowledge of Harley's Super Tuner,TTS Master Tune EFI Tuner with 02 Sensor Data, and Power Commander.
It’s not just a download with a couple of 100% Throttle Position runs that make up a tune.
Here at GATOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON, we adjust and synchronize the Volumetric Efficiency (VE) tables to your new engine configuration. We use and adjust all 20 tables in the EFI Tuner Software, if necessary, to eliminate decel popping, detonation (pinging), acceleration, and of course, Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) and timing tables for optimum performance.
GATOR HARLEY-DAVIDSON spared no cost to equip our technicians with the latest equipment and training to bring them to the “next level” to service your tuning needs.
It’s a long, painstaking process to completely remap your fuel injection system correctly…
but, when it’s done right,
your bike will run cooler and smoother with more power throughout the complete RPM range, not just at 100% Throttle Position.
A map is made just for your engine configuration and exhaust system – it is a complete custom map that is “finger printed” to your bike alone. Each and every Harley-Davidson engine has its own personality and characteristics, and needs its own EFI map to let it run at optimum performance.
Experience what a custom made map from GATOR’S Service Department feels like. Let us assure you that your investment and experience with our tuning ability will not be disappointing…
You will be impressed!!

We can now tune Metric bikes using the Power Commander 3.

The Gator H-D Quality Control Process Your Service Staff at Gator Harley-Davidson wants to be sure that your motorcycle is always ready to ride.
We have developed a quality control process to ensure that when your motorcycle is serviced it is done and done right, so you're always, ready to ride.
Our process begins at the Service Counter:
--Our service writers will perform a thourough walk around inspection, bringing to your attention any blemishes, tire/brake condition, and oil leaks that you may not be aware of. They will then discuss your options and note if you would like suggested maitenance or repairs performed.
--Upon dispatch our service writers will meet with the servicing technician to discuss any concerns that may have been brought to your attention. The technician will review the work order to ensure there is clear understanding of the maintenance or repair desired by our customer.
--If at anytime our technicians find an item needing to be addressed, they will meet with the service writer for customer contact to authorize or decline such service.Once work has been completed the technician will perform a test ride to insure the motorcycle performs as designed.
--After returning from the test ride the technician will again review the work order for completeness, and make notes of what was performed.
--The motorcycle then receives another walk around by the Shop Foreman or one of our Master Level technicians ensuring that all items were addressed. Once the second inspection has been completed, the inspecting Technician will sign off on the job as complete. The work order then goes to our Service Manager for review, and once approved goes on to our service writer. It is at that time the Service Writer will contact you to let you know that you again, are ready to ride!
