"Extremely pleased with my experience at Gator HD!!! I didn't have an appointment for my oil change but they where more than happy to help me out. They got me in and out fast and was very cool to deal with, no attitudes at all!!! "I just had my 2012 Road King repaired by Gator Harley on 11/14/12. The service department at Gator Harley I found to be exceptional. They provided me with prompt first class service on a breakdown I had during the FL HOG rally. I had experienced the same breakdown twice before and although the service I received at other the two dealershipw was prompt they only repaired the damaged parts but did not fix the cause of the problem. Mike Williams, the Service Manager at Gator Harley, found the cause of the problem and worked with my HD Extended Service Plan and even went back to Harley Davidson (Milwaukee) to replace my transmission that was the source of the re-occurring problem. "I recently moved to Florida from NY and one of the many concerns I had, was finding a Harley-Davidson dealership that would have a great service department and would treat my bike like it was there own. My worries disappeared this past weekend (02/12) when I had my Street Glide serviced at Gator HD. Fred (Service Dept) was more than thorough while checking in my bike and listening to my requests for the work it needed. He promptly called me to let me know that the bike was done and ready to go. When I returned to pick the bike up, I was very pleased that all work had been performed as expected and the bike was still in immaculate condition, as I had left it. "My wife and I along with a group of friends came to the bike event on 7/30/11 and as we were leaving our bike went into limp mode and the engine light came on. We turned around and came back to the service department explained what happened and they got the bike into the garage in about 20 minutes. After checking it out and and testing a few things they could not find anything wrong they cleared the codes and sent us on our way at no charge. "I came in on Sunday Aug 14th to purchase a starter clutch for my 1992 Dyna Glide. I decided to purchase a complete new starter instead. Through no fault of your parts staff(I had updated my starter to a later model) I got the wrong starter. When I called back, the parts staff figured out my problem, and got me the right starter(25.00 cheaper than the wrong one). I have been doing business with all of the Harley Dealers in our area since 1998, and found your parts staff to be the most qualified. "I am in chapter 2 of owning my second Harley. Went to Gator Harley one day recently with my 2010 Fat Boy and decided it was time for a touring model. I met with my salesman, Gene Lewis. He and the sales manager, Ed Almstedt surveyed my bike and came back with a number I could not refuse. I had already done my homework. They had a Street Glide with my preferred color arriving in a few day and said it would be ready when I got back in town. i returned the following week and there it was, ready to ride. I went into the finance managers office and met Anthony Stultz. He has to be one of the greatest finance managers since cotton candy. He clearly explained all the paperwork and extended warranty information. All three guysl were great to work with. I have to rate the dealership 9 out of 10 stars.They were penalized one star due to the following. As with previous auto purchases, I missed out on seeing my salesman go back and forth into the sales managers office a half dozen time before dialing in on a great low price. Gene and Ed got this right the first time. As for the finance department, as we all have been told in the past, " You should have read the fine print" (glasses needed) or " The finance manager should have told you that". I missed out on catching this and bringing it to Anthony's attention, letting him know I was a smart buyer. I was not even there long enough to let my coffee get cold. Oh well, can't have everything. Another great experience working with Gene, Ed, Anthony and the dealership. If you have any questions, you can probably find me loitering in the chrome and accessories department. "I stopped in Gator Harley two weeks ago just to browse and met Kenny Dunnam, in Motorcycle Sales. I told him I was not buying anytime soon and was confused as to what model I should buy when I was ready. My target date was about six months away. He told me he would be glad to go over all the models anyway, to help me dial in my best choice. He went over every model in the store with me and took his time, even knowing, I was not going to purchase any time soon. He was polite, very knowledgeable and gave me his honest opinions. We dialed in a model together that seemed right for my needs. We talked prices and looked at some new bikes in inventory on the showroom floor. He introduced me to Ed Almstedt, Sales Manager. The three of us talked a while and before leaving, Ed offered to discount the already low price on the bike, I felt was my best choice. Ed made me a deal that was hard to walk away from. End of story! I was next introduced to Anthony Stultz, Finance Manager. He gave me several finance options and let me know what was best for my budget. He also explained the extended warranties. He spent a lot of time with me after the dealership had already closed. What I want to say is that, "I left with a new Fat Boy." "During the 2 and a half years I lived down in Clermont I spent a lot of time at Gator H-D. John and his family were always great to me and took great care of my ride. "I'm in the army in Afghanistan right now. i've never Met Doug or any of the crew at Gator, but i can't wait to get down there and shake a few hands. I bought my Rocker over the phone and through emails with Doug Shumate. I was extremely impressed with how hard Doug worked; not only to get me a great price, but storing the bike for a short period of time, working with the service department to install parts i purchased, keeping me updated with pictures and emails, and handle the shipping of the bike so it will be there when i get home. All i can say is thank you, and i can't say that enough. The folks at Gator have been incredible, I almost exclusively dealt with Doug which was awesome because he worked hard to get all the answers and have everything prepared. it's hard to buy something when you're 6000 miles away, but The Gator crew made it happen with ease. "I recently bought my 4th bike from Gator, (Doug Shumate), and as always, I was treated like a very important customer. Doug always takes great care of me, and is great to work with. Tony is also very easy to work with. Great sales team, and great service from Gator. I live a lot closer to Ocala Harley, but would never consider buying a bike from them. When you walk into Gator, you feel like part of the family. When you walk into Ocala, you feel like road kill, with the vultures hovering around. Great atmosphere at gator."

"I ride with a group on Sat. We did a ride that would take us thru Leasburg and during that ride guys behind me noticed that my brake lights were staying on all the time. I unpluged the lights and that kept them from staying hot and we rode on to Gator Harley. I went to the service dept. and ask the guy at the counter what I should check and what problem could be, He took some info and said that it is more than likely a switch and that they could get it in and fix it. Really surprised because I am used to a service writer saying leave it and I will call when it is done, no mater how small it is. What I am saying that Sat.9/26/09 that the 2 guys in your service dept. did a great job of helping me get my lights fixed and back on the road. I think theese two guys are a real asset to your dealership. Thanks for your help. David Pryor"

"Gator Harley has shown nothing but top notch customer service and expertise from the folks in the show room all the way to the mechanics working on my bike. My business started with these fine folks when I ordered my 06 Softtail Standard in Iraq. It was shipped from the factory and Gator stored at their facility until I came home on leave. I was already impressed. I then ordered a twisted metal sissy bar and luggage rack. The mechanics spent all of their efforts to make the installation (which was close to impossible due to other upgrades) possible. Very professional with unmatched personal skills from everyone at Gator. "

"I needed new tires for my 1982 Shovelhead I purchased about four months ago. It still had the original tires on it. My wife and I came to the Leesburg Bike Fest and saw your ad in the brochure about the Bike Fest and all the events you were having at your dealership. I decided to take a chance and see if you had tires to fit my bike. I have never stopped into my local HD dealership here in Orlando and have found the parts I need for my bike. They don't even really want to deal with me. I was surprised you had the tires, and even more surprised that you were able to fit me in to get the tires put on and the carburetor checked during the Bike Fest events. Kudos to Patrick for his struggle to remove the old tires. When we checked out to pay, we learned we were qualified to receive the Harley Davidson grill you were giving away. We couldn't carry it on the bike because of our purchases during the events you hosted, but Frank said we could keep our receipt and bring it back and get the grill, and he wrote his name on our receipt. Even though you're 40 miles from Orlando, we will be back. We appreciate the way we were treated. Harley Davidson made a good bike in its Shovelheads, and you treated it (and us) accordingly. The new tires are great, by the way, and it was a great ride back home."
